Kelly Mather

Kelly Mather was raised in the small military town of Ridgecrest, California, where her parents owned a successful business. From an early age, she learned the value of hard work, dedication, and perseverance. At just 22 years old, Kelly purchased her first home, sparking a lifelong appreciation for real estate and the opportunities it creates.

Kelly married her husband in 2011, and together they built their life after expanding the family business to Arizona in 2010 — the move that first brought them to the beautiful state they now call home. They are raising their two children, now ages 12 and 14, and family has always remained at the center of Kelly’s life.

Growing up, Kelly raced off-road buggies with her father, while her daughter discovered a love for horses with her grandmother at just three years old. She has since competed in western pleasure, gymkhana, rodeo, and barrel racing, while Kelly’s son has developed a strong passion for baseball.

Over the years, Kelly and her family planted deeper roots in Arizona and purchased a home in Lake Havasu City, where they still enjoy spending time on the water. In 2022, they followed their dream of country living and moved to the Williamson Valley area of Prescott.

There, they raise and train horses, grow their own food, and care for cattle, chickens, dogs, and more—fully embracing the western lifestyle they love. Prescott’s charm, character, and strong sense of community make it a truly special place to call home.
