Erin Ziomek, AG Lands Southwest

Erin was born and raised in the small town of Kingman, Arizona—where her neighbors were like family and hard work was a way of life. It’s also where she met her husband, who later introduced her to the Western and ranching lifestyle that has now become the center of their lives.

Erin earned her degree in Elementary Special Education from Nevada State College and began her career working for Brain Balance Achievement Center, where she developed individualized programs for children on the autism spectrum. Helping people has always been at the center of her life..

In 2015, she and her husband moved to Prescott, Arizona, and opened a full-service automotive repair facility that they continue to run together. While growing their business, they also started their family and now have two young boys, ages 2 and 4.

Their boys are learning the proper way to take care of livestock and are already right at home in the roping arena. Most of their evenings and weekends are spent together as a family riding, roping, or hauling out to events across the state.

She and her husband are both active in the Arizona team roping community and are also deeply involved in breeding and raising quality horses. Erin has found her place in the western lifestyle. . Over the past decade this way of life has become her passion.

That passion came full circle when she designed and developed a horse property of her own in the Williamson Valley area of Prescott. Through that experience, she realized how underserved the real estate market was when it came to understanding the detailed needs of horse owners, breeders, and ropers.

As a licensed Realtor®, Erin is ready to jump in and assist you in purchasing or selling a horse property, ranch, or rural parcel of land. She brings to the table not just knowledge of real estate, but firsthand experience living the lifestyle.

Erin understands what to look for, what questions to ask, and how to help clients find a property that actually fits their unique needs. Whether you are buying, selling, or just starting to dream, Erin’s goal is to be someone you can trust, someone who listens, and someone who will always show up ready to work hard to represent your interests.
