M. Eldon Taylor was raised in the Valley of the Sun, working alongside his grandfather in cotton fields on the edge of town which would later become the town of Gilbert. Eldon studied Agricultural Business and Agricultural Management at Central Arizona College and is currently a Senior at Texas Tech University.
Although his four boys and profession keep him busy, Eldon still finds time to give back to his community as a Gilbert Rotarian. As a Watermaster with the San Tan Irrigation district Eldon is familiar with the various issues involving Arizona water rights.
Eldon has farmed since 2015, and works for a group which farms 80,000 acres in the west Texas panhandle. Through managing farms in both Arizona and Texas he has gained experience in dealing with the NRCS, USDA & FSA policies and procedures.
Eldon’s passion for agriculture, both row crop and cattle operations, has contributed to his goal to help preserve and create family ranching and farming legacys. Eldon will work with you to reach the highest ROI on any prospective agricultural property.
His desire is to help you find the right property that fits your financial situation, or just help you find that little oasis for you and your family in Arizona.
